Bath slipper tub
Back in 1995, Albion set about manufacturing a fine range of free standing bath tubs. Using a unique technique developed ‘in-house’ two models were originally created. The new technique was a cold casting process never used before. The benefits promised would allow the finest range of luxury baths tubs to be made surpassing materials such as cast iron and acrylic.
The first designs were the Solus models which were immediately a hit with the discerning customer. On the back of this success a new design was initiated, This was the bath slipper tub, so called as its shape echoed the design of a graceful ladies slipper. The design of the bath slipper tub also gave the user an extremely comfortable place to be. With it’s generous depth and ample proportions the interior volume suited a wide variety of bathers. Initially one size of bath slipper tub was made but later a larger model was added.
To this day, the Albion Bath Slipper tub designs are as popular. Not resting on its laurels, Albion has added a new contemporary style of foot design and a one piece tub mounted on a plinth is planned for 2008. Therefore the life of the Albion Bath Slipper tub has been assured.
