Cast iron rolltop bath
In 1995 Albion began a programme of design and manufacturing of Rolltop Baths. The founders of the company had many years experience in moulding and cold casting technology and turned their hands to the bathroom industry. The results were stunning. The first Albion models were the Solus and Geminus range and manufactured using Albion’s Iso-Enamel material. These products received universal acclaim when launched and still remain as popular today.
When compared to a conventional cast iron rolltop bath, the Albion product is approximately half the weight yet just as strong and rigid. Additionally, the cast iron rolltop bath will draw all the heat from your bathing water – not what you want on a cold night.
The conventional enamel of the cast iron rolltop bath will chip easily. Not so with Albion’s iso-enamel - the surface is hard and durable. Modern liquid cleaners cannot be used on cast iron rolltop baths whereas they can with Albion. Bathroom cleaning made easy!
